WORK PERMIT
Citizens outside the European Union, if they wish to work in Hungary, need to have a work permit in all cases. A work permit is also required if a non-EU citizen wishes to work in Hungary in his own business. As of 1 January 2014, the employment permit and residence permit for a third-country national pursuing a gainful activity is managed through a so-called single application procedure. The official name of the new license replacing the work permit is "Residence Permit for Employment".
JOB OFFER
The basic condition for issuing a residence permit for employment is that the applicant justifies the purpose of the stay. You cannot get a work permit without a preliminary agreement for the establishment of an employment relationship (in the ordinary name: "job offer"). There is no way to give permission for job search!
An application for a work permit is, as a general rule, to be submitted at the applicant's place of residence at the foreign delegation.
The applicant must prove that
- Housing in Hungary is solved
- After the license expires, you can leave the country.
Our office undertakes to prepare the application and its mandatory annexes. Submits the deficiencies in the process. The applicant must submit the completed documents to the Hungarian Embassy of the place of residence. The time required for this is requested by our office for the client.
