OUR INVESTMENT OFFER:
Purchase of a solar power plant with a state guarantee that will provide the owners with a stable return over the long term through a mandatory takeover system. WHAT IS KÁT?
KÁT is a support system announced by the Hungarian state with the European Union to increase its green energy capacity with the help of the program. This will also reduce the country's energy efficiency, emissions and air pollution, and increase the use of renewable energy sources. Within this framework the hungarian state offers a 20 year contract in which they guarantees to buy up the produced electricity at a fixed price. This offer is one of a kind in the EU. So, when signing a contract, our customers can know exactly what revenue they can earn in a given period.

DIMENSION OF INVESTMENT REQUIRED:
Currently, the price of the power plants we offer is one of the most favorable in Europe, but it is constantly rising due to increasing interest and worse conditions for new programs. The price of the program is EUR 940,000, which includes all the costs that may be incurred during such a sale and purchase process (purchase price, licensing procedures - costs of a contract with the Hungarian state, land purchase, costs of building a power plant and connection to the power grid of a power plant, lawyers' fees, court registration) And land registry administration and registration fees).
REFUND:
The contract with the state refers to a fixed amount of energy, that is, we know exactly that our purchase price is more than 170% guaranteed. This means that we are guaranteed to recieve back almost twice of the amount of our fund from the hungarian state without loosing the land or the solar power plant after the expiration of the contract. This means an annual yield of 8.3% the part of which is paid by the hungarian state every month. That is why we can confidently declare that our offer is a unic opportunity for our customers with an annual 8.3 % yield with full state guarantee.
HOW CAN I BUY THE POWER PLANT?
Our company manages the full power of purchasing the power plant, so you have no other task than to indicate your need and sign the necessary documents. Our company and Hungarian law provide the opportunity to purchase the project within 72 hours. You don't even have to worry if you are not a citizen of one of the countries of the European Union, because in this case all legal procedures can be carried out at the Hungarian delegation in your country. Our partners have the possibility to apply for a residence permit under Hungarian law (Act II of 2007), which we also provide assistance in administration.
UNIVERSAL RECEIVER OPTION:
We have developed a unique financial facility where you can even own a power plant and benefit from it if you don't have the full price of the program. In this case, you may be a member of a financial group, where several of our small investors form a group and have the opportunity to acquire ownership of the project for up to € 235,000. WHAT GUARANTEES THE REALITY OF THE PROGRAM AND THE RECEIVED COST?
The opeartion of the power plant and the mandatory acceptance of the produced electricity are regulated by the Hungrian laws, regulations and decrees. All the power plants we offer for purchase have a revenue guarantee contract signed by MAVIR Zrt. These contracts can always be viewed by our customers.
